With over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, Cynthia Pajas plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operations of Totemic Wealth & Planning. Since joining the firm as an Executive Assistant in 2018, Cynthia has been dedicated to delivering exceptional client service and fostering strong relationships that help clients achieve their financial goals.

Working closely with Joe, Lindsay, and the rest of the Totemic team, Cynthia ensures that every client’s needs are met with care and attention to detail. While the advisors focus on investment strategies and financial planning, Cynthia steps in to fill the gaps—providing seamless client service and making sure every aspect of the client’s journey is handled with professionalism and warmth. 
Her extensive background across various financial sectors has equipped Cynthia with a deep understanding of clients' financial well-being, allowing her to effectively support the team’s mission of growing generational wealth.

Outside of work, Cynthia enjoys spending time with her husband Jason, to whom she’s been married for 28 years, and their two adult children. She loves reading, baking, cooking, and caring for their dogs, Boba, Sophia, and Kylo.
